The plumber fixed a leaking trap and shut-off valve underneath my kitchen sink. It was an emergency job and he came straight away at 21:00 in the evening. He was prompt in attending my call and offered a professional service at a fair price. We will definitely be calling plumber to the rescue back again to assist with the installation of our dishwasher.
Had a great experience and would 100% recommend! We had a leak in our washer and a previous leak under the bathroom sink. The team was able to address both issues and also caught a small leak in our washer hose that could have caused problems later. You can tell they put a lot of honesty and care into their work. Yes. Any gas work — boiler repairs, replacements, servicing and gas connections — is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. You are welcome to ask to see the card when we arrive.
Yes. We look at the job, explain what needs doing and give you a price before any spanners come out. If we find something unexpected once we are into the work, we stop and talk to you first.
If water is escaping, turn the stopcock off — usually under the kitchen sink or in the downstairs cupboard. Turn the heating off if the leak is on a heating pipe, and if water is anywhere near electrics, switch that circuit off at the consumer unit. Ring us and we will talk you through it.
